What are the eligibility requirements?

You may be eligible for ILOB services if you meet ALL of the following requirements:

You are 55 years of age or older and have a significant visual impairment
Your visual impairment substantially limits your ability to be independent
You require ILOB services to become or remain independent
You are able and willing to participate in ILOB services.
