What are the eligibility requirements?

  • The individual must be 55 years of age or older, and reside in the state of Missouri;
  • The individual must require substantial agency services in order to achieve their independent living goals.

Older Blind Services (OBS) supports individuals aged 55 and older who are blind or visually impaired by teaching independent living skills and providing daily living assistance items.
